Description
The Yealink YHS34 Dual is a professional analog headset with two speakers, designed for Yealink IP phones. It plugs into the phone's RJ9 headset port through a cable with a QD (Quick Disconnect) connector: unplug the headset from the cable to step away from the desk without hanging up. The two 28 mm speakers cover both ears and passively reduce background noise, while reproducing the wideband audio of HD phones. The unidirectional noise-cancelling boom microphone picks up the voice from 100 Hz to 8 kHz. Lightweight and fitted with leather ear cushions, it can be worn all day without discomfort. As soon as it is plugged in, the Yealink phone recognises the headset and adjusts its acoustic settings.

The YHS34 Dual is meant for call centers, customer service teams and reception desks where people spend several hours a day on the phone in a noisy environment: the two speakers shut out the open space and hands stay free to type in the business application. It plugs straight into the RJ9 port of a Yealink phone, with no power supply or configuration. If you need to keep one ear on your colleagues, choose the YHS34 Mono instead. Plan spare leather or foam ear cushions (sold singly or in packs of 12) for shared desks.
