Description
The Snom M500 is the base station of the M500 series, a multicell DECT range designed for small and medium-sized businesses. Sold on its own, it is the building block of a cordless installation: one base for a compact site, several linked bases when coverage must extend to other rooms, floors or buildings. It pairs with the Snom M55 and M56 handsets and with the M58 DECT desk phone, all designed for this base, as well as with the M6 DECT repeater listed in the catalogue. Detailed capacities (number of handsets, simultaneous calls, range, power) are given in the manufacturer datasheet, which we send you on request before you order.

Use and tips
The M500 is for SMBs that want to start on a scalable multicell base: a two-storey practice, a shop with a stockroom, a workshop with offices, a small hotel. Start with one base and M55 or M56 handsets, then add M500 bases as new areas need coverage. The M58 equips fixed desks with no network socket. Before a deployment across several buildings, have the number of bases validated. For very large sites, the M900 offers higher capacity.
