Description
The Yealink WH64 Dual Teams is a professional binaural headset that combines two wireless links: DECT to its WHB640 base and Bluetooth 5.2 built into the headset. At the desk, the base connects the headset to the PC and the IP phone through its USB ports; on the move, the headset connects directly to the smartphone without carrying the base. Three MEMS microphones and Acoustic Shield 2.0 technology filter out background noise, and the 30 mm drivers cover 20 to 20,000 Hz. Microsoft Teams certified, it has a dedicated button to join meetings, and the busylight on both ear cups signals your busy status. Battery life reaches 16 h of talk time over DECT and 32 h over Bluetooth, with 195 h of standby and a 1.5 h recharge. The leatherette ear cushions and the 151 g headset weight keep it comfortable all day. Supplied with base, USB-A to USB-C and USB-A to Micro USB cables, power supply and carrying case.

Use and tips
The WH64 Dual Teams targets noisy open spaces and call centres, where the binaural design isolates the user, as well as hybrid workers who alternate between desk and travel: the base stays at the office, the headset follows over Bluetooth. Connect the base to the PC through USB-C and to the Yealink IP phone through USB; to answer from a phone that requires it, the EHS62 adapter is available as an option. The external WH6x busylight, an additional charging stand and replacement ear cushions complete the setup. For a multi-device desk with touchscreen and speakerphone, see the WH64 Workstation.
