The Yealink UH48 Dual Teams is a wired binaural headset designed for hybrid work. Its hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC) shields the user from ambient noise, while the boom microphones filter the surroundings for the person on the other end. The 30 mm speakers and the adaptive equalizer reproduce voice and music from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Comfort comes from memory foam ear cushions, an ergonomic headband that spreads the pressure and pivoting oval ear cups, at 169 g on the head. The headset plugs in over USB-C, with a USB-A adapter for computers that lack such a port, and works plug-and-play. The two busy lights tell colleagues that a call is in progress. Certified for Microsoft Teams, it also works with the other unified communications platforms.

The UH48 Dual Teams is aimed at staff who alternate between a shared office and home and spend a good part of the day in remote meetings: sales people, customer support, project managers. ANC pays off in an open space or a coworking space, and the busy lights prevent interruptions. Plug it into the laptop's USB-C port or through the USB-A adapter; no driver is needed. Replacement cushions (reference 3311099 for one pair, 3311100 for five pairs) extend its service life. If ANC is not essential, the UH46 Dual Teams is a simpler alternative.
