The Yealink UH44 Dual Teams is a wired binaural headset intended for demanding work environments. Its two microphones, combined with Acoustic Shield 3.0 technology, remove ambient noise to transmit a clean voice, and its 35 mm speakers reproduce rich HD sound. The memory foam cushions and the ergonomic headband keep it comfortable all day, at 162 g. The built-in busy light, visible at 360°, tells colleagues that a call is in progress, and flipping the boom up is enough to mute the microphone. The built-in controls handle calls, volume and mute. The dual USB-A and USB-C connection fits any computer; the headset is Microsoft Teams certified and works with over 100 UC platforms. A carrying case is supplied, and IT teams manage it through Yealink USB Connect and the Management Cloud Service.

The UH44 Dual Teams targets heavy users in an open space, a contact center or at home: the two ear cups shut out noise and the busy light shows colleagues that a call is in progress. How do the busy light and mute work?
The built-in busy light comes on during a call and stays visible at 360°, so a colleague does not interrupt you. To mute the microphone, simply flip the boom up; the built-in mute key does the same.
