Description
The Yealink UH42 Dual Teams is a wired headset with two ear cups built for intensive professional use. Its noise-cancelling microphone relies on the Acoustic Shield 3.0 algorithm to isolate the voice from background noise, and its 35 mm speakers deliver dynamic HD sound from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The in-line control unit gathers call answering, volume, mute and a dedicated Teams button, with LED indicators for notifications and status. The ergonomic headband, the memory foam cushions covered in leatherette and the pivoting ear cups make it wearable all day at 160 g. It connects over USB-C, with a USB-A adapter included, with no installation. IT teams manage it centrally with Yealink USB Connect and the Management Cloud Service.

The UH42 Dual Teams suits desks that spend a large part of the day on the phone: customer service, telesales, assistants, regular home working. The two ear cups shut out open-space noise and also suit video meetings and listening to content. It plugs straight into the USB-C or USB-A port of a PC, a Mac or a compatible IP phone, with no driver. For a large rollout, Yealink USB Connect and the Management Cloud Service track the headsets and update their firmware. If you need to stay aware of your surroundings, choose the UH42 Mono Teams instead.
