Description
This reference is the WH63 Teams headset on its own, supplied without a base, to extend or replace existing equipment. The WH63 is an entry-level convertible monaural DECT headset: worn with an ear hook, it also accepts an optional headband or neckband. At 19 g, it is easily forgotten over a full day. Yealink's Super Wideband HD audio and Acoustic Shield technology, with two microphones, filter ambient noise so the voice stays clear in an open-plan office. The built-in busylight turns red during calls to prevent interruptions. Five buttons control answer and end call, mute, reject and volume. The DECT link reaches up to 120 m from the base, with 8 h of talk time, 54 h of standby and a 2.5 h recharge.

Use and tips
This headset on its own targets companies already equipped with the WH63: replacing a worn or lost headset, or adding one for a shared desk at reception, in a call centre or in an open space. It only works with a WH63 Teams base (connected to a Yealink IP phone and a PC) or with the portable USB DECT adapter for a PC alone, both sold separately. Add the optional headband or neckband to change the wearing style, and the BLT60 desk busylight to signal your calls to colleagues.
Frequently asked questions
Which phones and software does this headset work with?
Through the WH63 base, it integrates natively with Yealink IP phones through a single USB cable, without an EHS adapter, and connects in parallel to a PC for Microsoft Teams and the main UC platforms. Tell us your phone through our contact page and we confirm compatibility.
Does this headset work on its own, without a base?
No. This reference contains the headset only: it needs a WH63 Teams desk base or the portable USB DECT adapter (or the portable kit with dongle, charging cable and case), sold separately, to connect and recharge.
What is the warranty?
Two-year statutory conformity warranty, plus the Yealink manufacturer warranty under its own terms.
Where are the firmware, manuals and guides?
