Description
The Yealink MP56 E2 is a desk phone dedicated to Microsoft Teams, on Android 13, with an adjustable 7-inch capacitive touchscreen (800 x 480 pixels, 5-point). The interface is the Teams one, and the dedicated Teams button brings you back to calendar, calls and meetings in one press. Optima HD audio and Yealink Noise Proof technology keep the voice clear; the magnetic handset rests effortlessly. Dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 are built in. Connectivity includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports, an RJ9 headset jack, a USB-A port for a USB headset and a USB-C port, and the EXP50 expansion module is supported. The phone is powered over PoE (injector not included) or by a 5 V / 2 A power adapter not supplied, draws 6 W, mounts on a wall and is managed through the web interface, auto-provisioning, the Teams Admin Center or YMCS.

Use and tips
The MP56 E2 suits executives, assistants and small meeting rooms in an organization on Microsoft Teams Phone: the large touchscreen shows the calendar and the day's meetings, and the Teams button starts a call or joins a meeting in one press. It is deployed and monitored from the Teams Admin Center or YMCS, and accepts the EXP50 module for a reception desk. Connect it to a PoE switch or add the 5 V / 2 A power adapter sold separately; over Wi-Fi, the power adapter is required. An RJ9 (YHS34, YHS36) or USB headset completes the desk.
