Description
The Yealink MP54 E2 is a native Microsoft Teams desk phone on Android 13, with a faster response than the previous generation. Its 4-inch capacitive touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels, 5-point) shows the Teams interface, and the dedicated Teams button brings you back to calendar, calls and messages in one press. Optima HD audio and Yealink Noise Proof technology keep the voice clear, and the magnetic handset settles into place on its own. Dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2 are built in; two Gigabit Ethernet ports, a USB-A port for a USB headset and two RJ9 jacks complete the connectivity. The phone is powered over PoE 802.3af (power adapter not included), mounts on a wall and is managed from the Teams Admin Center or the Yealink YMCS cloud platform.

Use and tips
The MP54 E2 equips individual desks, reception desks and common areas in an organization that has moved to Microsoft Teams Phone: users find their Teams calendar, calls and contacts on a compact touchscreen, with no computer switched on. It is deployed and monitored from the Teams Admin Center or YMCS. Connect it to a PoE 802.3af switch, or add the 5 V / 2 A power adapter sold separately; over Wi-Fi, the power adapter is required. How is it powered?
Through the network cable (PoE 802.3af) when connected to a PoE switch. Without PoE, or over Wi-Fi, add the Yealink 5 V / 2 A power adapter, sold separately: it is not included in the box.
