Description
The Yealink W75 brings multi-cell roaming to organizations that do not need a separate DECT manager. One base works on its own; to cover more, one base is set to master mode with the supplied module and paired with up to two additional W75 bases. Handsets then move from one cell to the next without interrupting the conversation. The system handles up to 20 handsets, 20 SIP accounts and 20 simultaneous calls, with a range of 50 meters indoors and 300 meters outdoors per base. It accepts the Yealink W56H, W57R, W59R, W71H, W73H, W74H and W78H handsets, XML, LDAP and remote phonebooks as well as the Xsi directory. RJ45 connection with PoE power, IPv6 support, TLS and SRTP security, wall mounting possible. Yealink DECT technology is not compatible with base stations or handsets from other brands.

Use and tips
The W75 targets organizations that have outgrown a single base without needing a W80 or W90 system: pharmacy, clinic, garage, two-level store, small warehouse. Start with one base set as master with the supplied module, then add up to two W75 bases to extend coverage; handsets move from one base to the next without dropping the call. Power the bases over PoE. Pick handsets to match the job: W73H or W78H in the office, W57R or W59R in the workshop. Beyond 20 handsets or 3 bases, look at the W80 or the W90.
Frequently asked questions
Which PBX or provider does this system work with?
With any SIP-compatible IP PBX or VoIP service (3CX, Asterisk, hosted Centrex). Each handset registers with its own SIP account. Tell us about your setup through our contact page and we confirm compatibility before you order.
Is a separate DECT manager required?
No. One W75 base is set to master mode with the supplied module and coordinates up to two other W75 bases. A single base is enough to start; the other two are added when coverage must grow.
What is the warranty?
Two-year statutory conformity warranty, plus the Yealink manufacturer warranty under its own terms.
Where are the firmware, manuals and guides?
Yealink provides the firmware, user manual and administrator guide of this phone free of charge: our Yealink support page takes you straight to the documents for this model.
