Yealink EXP50 expansion module, 60 keys, 4.3" color display, for Yealink T5x

Description

The EXP50 adds a panel of 60 programmable keys, spread over three pages and labeled on a 4.3-inch color display, to a Yealink T5 series phone: no more paper labels, names and line status appear directly. The 20 physical dual-color keys show the busy state of monitored extensions and serve as speed dials or function keys. The module connects over USB, lines up with the phone at an adjustable angle and can be chained up to three units. The first module is powered by the phone; from the second one, an additional power adapter is required.

Use and tips

The EXP50 is meant for reception and switchboard desks that must see at a glance who is on the line and transfer without searching: up to 60 contacts per module, 180 with three modules. Check your phone model before ordering: the module only works with the T5 and MP5 series and the VP59. For the T7 and T8 series, choose the EXP55; for the T4 series, the EXP43.

Is this module compatible with my phone?

It works with the Yealink T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58A, T58W, MP56, MP58 and VP59. For another model, tell us through our contact page and we point you to the right module.

Does it need a power supply?

Not for a single module, which is powered by the phone. From two chained modules, add the Yealink 5 V / 2 A power adapter, sold separately.

What is the warranty?

Two-year statutory conformity warranty, plus the Yealink manufacturer warranty under its own terms.
