Description
The GRP2602P is the PoE model of the GRP2602 series, Grandstream's essential IP phones designed for volume deployments. It handles two lines and four SIP accounts, shows calls on a 2.2-inch LCD (132 x 48 pixels) and stores 2,000 phonebook entries. The full-duplex HD speakerphone, Noise Shield technology and AI noise reduction filter out background noise, and audio conferencing brings together up to 5 participants. The two 10/100 RJ45 ports let you chain the computer, and PoE 802.3af powers the phone through the network cable, with a 3.84 W consumption. The RJ9 headset port accepts Plantronics, Jabra and Sennheiser EHS. Management runs through GDMS, the web interface or auto-provisioning, with secure boot, dual firmware and encrypted storage.

Use and tips
The GRP2602P equips desks that make and take calls without advanced features: individual offices, open spaces, reception, meeting rooms, guest rooms. It deploys by the dozen through GDMS and auto-provisioning, each phone fetching its configuration on its own. Plan a PoE switch, as the 5 V power adapter is not supplied. For wall mounting, add the GRP_WM_A kit. Without a network socket, choose the Wi-Fi GRP2602W; for three lines and Gigabit, the GRP2603P.
