Description
The GRP2603P is the three-line essential IP phone in Grandstream's GRP series. It registers six SIP accounts, handles up to three call appearances and starts 5-way audio conferences. The full-duplex HD speakerphone is complemented by Noise Shield technology and AI noise reduction to stay intelligible in a busy office. Its two switched Gigabit Ethernet ports with built-in PoE let you connect the computer behind the phone without limiting throughput and power the phone through the network cable. The RJ9 headset port supports Plantronics, Jabra and Sennheiser EHS. Like the whole series, it is configured and monitored from the GDMS platform, with secure boot, dual firmware images and encrypted storage, and its swappable faceplate accepts a custom logo.

Use and tips
The GRP2603P suits desks that take calls on several numbers: small reception, assistant, customer service of an SMB, practice with several lines. Its Gigabit ports make it the right choice when the computer is connected behind the phone on a fast network. On a PoE switch, no power adapter is needed. For wall mounting, plan the GRP_WM_A kit. What is the difference between GRP2603 and GRP2603P?
The GRP2603P has built-in PoE and is powered through the network cable on a PoE switch. The plain GRP2603 runs on a power adapter only. Telephony features are identical.
