Description
This Yealink promotional pack gathers what is needed to put a W90 multi-cell DECT IP system into service with its first users: one W90DM manager, two W90B base stations and two W73H DECT handsets. The manager coordinates the bases and supports up to 250 handsets and 250 SIP accounts; each base provides 8 simultaneous narrowband or wideband calls and covers about 50 meters indoors or 300 meters outdoors. Handsets move from one base to the next without dropping the call thanks to roaming and handover. DECT or LAN synchronization (PTPv2 switch required) and rotatable antennas on the bases. The system then grows up to 60 bases under the same manager. Each base connects to the network over RJ45 10/100 with PoE power and handles the Opus and G.722 codecs for wideband audio. Charging cradles and belt clips for the W73H handsets are available separately.

Use and tips
This promotional pack suits a hotel, a store, a clinic or a warehouse starting out with multi-cell DECT and two first mobile users: front desk, department manager, maintenance. Place the manager in the technical room, one base per area to cover, and connect the bases to a PoE switch, since the power adapter is not supplied. Plan a radio survey to ensure overlap between cells. Then add W90B bases and handsets as needs grow, up to 60 bases and 250 handsets under the same manager.
