Description

The HANDSET-8 is the genuine handset of the Fanvil V series desk phones, in particular the V62 and V64, excluding the Pro versions (V62 Pro, V66 Pro) which use a different handset. It is supplied on its own, without a cord, and connects to the cord already fitted to the phone. In an office, a reception desk or a call center, the handset is the first part to wear out: drops, crackling capsule, cradle that no longer holds it. Replacing it with the genuine part keeps the phone's audio quality and appearance for a fraction of the price of a new phone.

Use and tips

This handset is meant for businesses and installers running Fanvil V series phones: offices, reception desks, call centers, where phones are in use all day. Supplied on its own, it plugs into the existing cord and puts the phone back into service in a few seconds, with no reconfiguration. Check the exact model before ordering: the V62 Pro and V66 Pro are not covered, and the V65 and V67 have their own handset, the HANDSET-9. The 5 V / 2 A power adapter for the V62, V64 and V65 is available separately.

Is this handset compatible with my phone?

It fits the Fanvil V62, V64 and the other V series models excluding Pro versions. For another model, tell us through our contact page and we point you to the right handset.

Is it compatible with the V62 Pro and V66 Pro?

No, this handset does not cover the Pro versions of the V series. For the V65 and V67, choose the HANDSET-9.

What is the warranty?

Two-year statutory conformity warranty, plus the Fanvil manufacturer warranty under its own terms.
