The Fanvil H1-2 Wire is the 2-wire version of the H1 hotel phone. Its distinctive feature is the way it connects: network and power travel over a two-wire link, which allows the old telephone wiring of the rooms to be fully reused and avoids costly rewiring. The clean front carries 8 programmable keys dedicated to the property's services (reception, room service, concierge, wake-up call) and HD voice keeps conversations clear. Low-cost and quick to deploy, it lets a hotel modernize its telephone network by moving to IP without construction work, improving operational efficiency and guest comfort. The WB108 wall mount and the HT302 headset are available as accessories.

Use and tips
The H1-2 Wire is aimed at hotels, residences and lodging facilities whose rooms are still wired for two-wire analog telephony and want to move to an IP PBX without drilling or pulling cables. Each room keeps its existing line; the phone gets both network and power from it. The 8 programmable keys are set up for reception, room service or wake-up calls. Which PBX or provider does this phone work with?

What does the 2-wire connection mean?
Instead of an 8-conductor Ethernet cable, the H1-2 Wire receives network and power (2-wire PoE) over a single pair of wires, like the one used by old analog phones. The existing room wiring is reused with no construction work.
