Description
The GHP611 is a compact IP phone from Grandstream's GHP hotel range. Designed for hotel rooms and comparable environments, it handles two SIP accounts on two lines and starts 3-way audio conferences. The handset has a built-in HD speaker and the speakerphone function lets you call without lifting the handset. The keypad combines 12 digit keys, 10 speed dial keys to the establishment's services, 3 programmable keys and 5 function keys. The key label and the swappable faceplate can be customized in the hotel's colors. One 10/100 network port with PoE powers the phone without a power adapter, and administration runs through the web interface or from the GDMS cloud platform to provision and monitor the whole fleet. Hearing aid compatible (HAC), it benefits from enterprise-level protection with secure boot, and sits on a desk or mounts on a wall.

Use and tips
The GHP611 is meant for hotels, serviced residences, healthcare facilities, retirement homes and hostels that want a simple phone in every room: the guest calls reception or a service with a single key. Deployed by the dozens or hundreds, it is configured and monitored from GDMS without entering the rooms. Plan a PoE 802.3af switch to power it through the network cable. For rooms without network cabling, choose the GHP611W with dual-band Wi-Fi; for a color display, the GHP630.

Which PBX or provider does this phone work with?

Does this phone have Wi-Fi?
No, the GHP611 connects only through its RJ45 network port with PoE. The GHP611W version adds dual-band 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi for rooms without a network outlet.
