Description
The Yealink CP935W is a wireless conference phone: it runs on battery and connects to the network over 2.4 / 5 GHz Wi-Fi, so it can be set up in any room without cabling. Its 6 microphones pick up voices at 360° up to 6 meters away, with noise reduction, echo cancellation and full-duplex HD audio; the 56 mm, 5 W speaker fills the whole room. The 4-inch color touch screen handles one SIP account, 5-way conferencing and a 1,000-contact phonebook. Bluetooth 4.2 pairs it with a smartphone or a PC for video calls, and the USB-C port records calls to a USB stick or takes the CPN10 adapter for an analog line. The 7,800 mAh battery lasts 20 hours and recharges in 4 hours on the charging base. Supplied on its own with its charging base, the CP935W registers to the PBX directly over Wi-Fi; a DECT link is possible with a Yealink W70B base, offered in the CP935W-Base bundle.

Use and tips
The CP935W is made for organizations that move their conference phone from room to room or equip rooms without a network socket: coworking spaces, flexible meeting rooms, executive offices, practices. One charge covers several meetings in a day; put it back on its charging base in the evening. It registers to the IP PBX over Wi-Fi like a SIP phone, and pairs over Bluetooth with a laptop for video calls. If the room has no reliable Wi-Fi, prefer the CP935W-Base bundle with the W70B DECT base.
