Description
The Snom D715 in a white finish is a D7 series IP phone built for everyday workstations. It registers up to 4 SIP accounts and offers 5 programmable keys plus 4 function keys, with a 4-line black-and-white display for calls and menus. The local phonebook holds 1,000 contacts. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports let you chain the computer, the USB A port takes an accessory and the RJ9 headset jack accepts wired headsets as well as wireless headsets with EHS hook control. Power comes from PoE 802.3af or from a 5 V / 2 A power adapter sold separately. The stand adjusts to 46 or 28 degrees and wall mounting is possible; up to three key expansion modules can be attached to the phone. Management goes through the web interface.

Use and tips
The white D715 suits individual offices, administrative desks and open spaces where a discreet phone matching light-colored furniture is wanted. Four SIP accounts and five programmable keys cover everyday needs: lines, call forwarding, speed dials. On a PoE switch, no power adapter is needed; otherwise plan the 5 V / 2 A power supply sold separately.
