Description

This battery cover replaces the original rear cover of the Yealink W59R and W59R Pro handsets, the rugged DECT models designed for demanding environments. It closes the battery compartment and keeps the battery in place inside the handset. A missing or cracked cover exposes the battery and costs the handset part of its protection: replacing it returns the W59R to its original condition without changing the handset. The part fits by hand, without tools, on the back of the phone. It is sold on its own, without a battery.

This cover is meant for companies running W59R or W59R Pro handsets in a workshop, a warehouse, a clinic or an industrial site, where phones get dropped and damaged. It puts a handset with a lost or broken cover back into service for a fraction of the price of a new unit. Make sure your handset is a W59R or a W59R Pro: this part is not intended for other Yealink handsets such as the W73H. For a W59R whose battery itself is at the end of its life, plan a replacement battery as well.

No, this reference contains the rear cover only. The W59R battery is ordered separately if it also needs replacing.
