Description
The Fanvil X305 is a big button IP phone intended for healthcare and residential facilities: nursing homes, hospitals, senior residences. Its 3.5-inch color display and large keys make reading and dialing easier for elderly or visually impaired users. It handles two SIP accounts and draws PoE power from the network cable, which simplifies installation in a room. The built-in 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi also lets you connect it without Ethernet cabling. The X305 supports 433 MHz wireless emergency buttons: a resident can trigger a call from the bed or the bathroom without touching the phone. A WB110 wall mount and an HT302 RJ9 headset are available as accessories.

The X305 is meant for facilities that host elderly or vulnerable people: care homes, nursing homes, hospital wards, senior residences. Installed in the room, it lets residents call family or staff without complex handling, and the 433 MHz wireless emergency buttons add an assistance call function. Connect it to a PoE switch or use the built-in Wi-Fi where cabling is missing. The WB110 wall mount fixes it at bed height, and the HT302 headset is available for staff. Does it need a network cable?
No: the X305 has built-in 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi and can connect without a cable. Wired to a PoE switch, it is powered by the network and needs no power adapter; on Wi-Fi, plan a power supply for the phone.
