Description
The GBX20 adds to the Grandstream GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650 and GRP2670 IP phones, as well as to the GXV3350 and GXV3450 video phones, a panel of 20 keys over two pages, or 40 contacts per module, with two arrow keys to switch pages. The 4.3-inch TFT color display (272 x 480 pixels) shows names and line status without paper labels. Each key handles BLF monitoring, call park and pick-up, speed dial, presence, intercom, conferencing, transfer and forwarding. Up to four modules can be chained on one phone for 160 contacts.

Use and tips
The GBX20 is meant for reception, switchboard and assistant desks that handle a high call volume and must see at a glance who is on the line to transfer without searching: 40 contacts per module, 160 with four modules. Check your phone model before ordering: the module only works with the GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650, GRP2670, GXV3350 and GXV3450. For the older GXP2140, GXP2170 and GXV3240, choose the GXP2200EXT module. Beyond one module, connect the supplied 12 V / 1 A adapter.

Does it need a power supply?
Not for a single module, which is powered by the phone. From two chained modules, the 12 V / 1 A power adapter included in the box becomes necessary.
