The Fanvil W620W is a portable Wi-Fi IP phone designed for business mobility. Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (2.4 and 5 GHz) resists interference better and delivers higher speeds, and 802.11k/v/r roaming keeps the call going from one access point to the next. WPA/WPA2-PSK and 802.1X EAP encryption secure communications, and batch deployment lets several handsets join the network without entering a password once the first one is connected. The HD speaker and the dual noise-cancelling microphones keep the voice clear in a noisy environment. Bluetooth 5.0 takes a wireless headset, and the USB-C port accepts a digital headset. The side PTT key works as a one-press intercom. The 3,000 mAh removable battery delivers up to 13 hours of talk time and 240 hours of standby, and the handset withstands 1.8-meter drops.

The W620W accompanies staff who move around a Wi-Fi-covered building: hotel staff, security agents on patrol, shopping center teams, office technicians. 802.11k/v/r roaming and Wi-Fi 6 let users move between access points without dropouts, and the PTT key works as an intercom between colleagues. Before deployment, check the Wi-Fi coverage of the areas concerned and the number of handsets your IP PBX accepts. The removable battery can be swapped during the day if needed.
