Description
The Snom HM201 is a DECT solution designed for hospitality and public-facing facilities. The bundle includes a DECT-over-IP base station and a handset; the base can host up to 4 handsets, enough to equip a suite or a small group of rooms. The large, bright and high-contrast color display lets guests find their way through the menus and reach reception or services without instructions. The DECT-over-IP link gives freedom of movement in the room and around it, and the antibacterial surface of the handset protects against germs where the device passes from hand to hand. Additional hospitality handsets (ref. 7007) complete the installation.

Use and tips
The HM201 goes into hotel rooms and suites, holiday residences, retirement homes and clinics, wherever a guest or patient must be able to call simply, with no learning curve. One base per room or per small group of rooms is enough; add up to three extra handsets (ref. 7007) for a suite or an apartment. The base connects to the establishment's IP PBX like a SIP phone. For the hotel's mobile teams (reception, housekeeping, maintenance), prefer an M900 multicell base with M series handsets.
