Description
The Yealink SP96 is a meeting room speakerphone that combines 6 microphones and a 65 mm speaker. The microphones pick up voices from every angle and AI noise reduction removes ambient noise so that only voices are transmitted; virtual bass technology enriches playback. A built-in LCD display shows the device status, and the keys give access to answer, reject, mute, volume, play or pause and Bluetooth pairing, with a dedicated Microsoft Teams button. The SP96 connects over USB-A or USB-C to the computer and over Bluetooth 5.3 to a smartphone; up to 8 devices can be registered. Daisy chaining links several SP96 units wirelessly to cover a large room where everyone must hear. This version ships with a USB Bluetooth dongle that sets up a dedicated wireless link with the computer. Its rechargeable battery lasts 26 hours of talk time.

The SP96 equips small to medium meeting rooms and shared spaces where video calls are started from a laptop: the Teams button opens the meeting directly. Placed in the middle of the table, it picks up every participant thanks to its 6 microphones. For a large room or a long table, add a second SP96 in wireless daisy chain. Recharge it with the supplied USB-C cable between meetings; the 26-hour battery life covers several days.
