Description
The Fanvil H3 is a hotel room IP phone reduced to the essentials. With no display and no phonebook, it sticks to what a guest needs: pick up, call reception or a service, and hang up. It registers 2 SIP accounts on the property's IP PBX. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports (LAN and PC) connect it to the network and, if needed, pass the connection on to another device in the room. The USB port charges the guest's smartphone on the bedside table. Power comes over PoE 802.3af from the switch, or from a 5 V / 1 A adapter sold separately, for a consumption of 4.5 W. Management goes through the web interface or auto-provisioning, which makes equipping every room easy. This version comes in black.

Use and tips
The H3 equips hotel rooms, holiday residences and guest houses that want a no-frills IP phone to place on the bedside table or the desk. The USB charging port is appreciated by guests who forgot their charger. On a PoE switch, no power adapter is needed in the room; otherwise, plan the 5 V / 1 A power supply, not included. The CORD-8 handset cord is available as a spare for the black version. If the room has no network socket, choose the H3W with built-in Wi-Fi.
Frequently asked questions
Which PBX or provider does this phone work with?
With any SIP-compatible IP PBX or VoIP service, including the IP PBXs used in hospitality (3CX, Asterisk, hosted Centrex). Tell us about your setup through our contact page and we confirm compatibility before you order.
What is the difference between the H3 and the H3W?
The H3W adds 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to do without a network cable and ships with its 5 V / 1 A power adapter. The H3 connects by cable only and its adapter is sold separately; both run on PoE alone when the switch provides it.
