Frequently asked questions
Is my screen compatible?
This model accepts 10 to 30 inch, 12 kg maximum. These three values have to be checked together: the screen size, the weight and the hole pattern on the back of the screen. If your screen has no VESA holes or if you are unsure, our contact page puts you in touch with our technical team.
What is the warranty?
Neomounts covers this product with a 5 year manufacturer warranty from the invoice date, for use in line with the instructions. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical parts, not damage caused by a load above the stated capacity.
Where are the assembly manual and the product sheet?
Neomounts provides the product sheet, the assembly manual, the line drawing and the safety sheet of this model free of charge: our Neomounts support page takes you straight to those documents.
Is the mounting hardware included?
The screws and the assembly instructions are supplied in the box. The anchors provided suit solid substrates; for a hollow partition, a metal stud frame or a suspended ceiling, plan fixings suited to your structure. Our contact page puts you in touch with our technical team to confirm your case.
