Description
The EHS20 links a Fanvil IP phone to the base of a Jabra DECT wireless headset. Once connected, the multi-function button on the headset controls the phone: you hear the ring tone in the earpiece, take the call, end it and mute the microphone without touching the phone. This electronic hook switch (EHS) is supported by Fanvil X series (X1S to X7A, X210, X301, X303) and V series (V50 to V66, Pro versions included) phones. A simple way to work standing up or on the move while staying reachable.

Use and tips
The EHS20 is meant for desks that spend a lot of time on the phone with a Jabra DECT headset: reception, customer service, telesales, assistants. Thanks to remote call control, the user answers from the headset several meters away from the desk and hangs up without going back to the phone. Before ordering, check that your phone is in the compatibility list (Fanvil X and V series) and that your Jabra headset is a DECT model with a base: the adapter does not apply to wired headsets.
