Description
The Yealink CP935W is a wireless conference phone: it runs on battery and connects to the network over 2.4 / 5 GHz Wi-Fi, so it can be set up in any room without cabling. Its 6 microphones pick up voices at 360° up to 6 meters away, with noise reduction, echo cancellation and full-duplex HD audio; the 56 mm, 5 W speaker fills the whole room. The 4-inch color touch screen handles one SIP account, 5-way conferencing and a 1,000-contact phonebook. Bluetooth 4.2 pairs it with a smartphone or a PC for video calls, and the USB-C port records calls to a USB stick or takes the CPN10 adapter for an analog line. The 7,800 mAh battery lasts 20 hours and recharges in 4 hours on the charging base. This bundle adds the Yealink W70B DECT base: the CP935W registers to it over DECT and the base, connected to the network, carries the SIP account to the PBX. The conference phone thus stays reachable even in a room without reliable Wi-Fi coverage.

Use and tips
The CP935W-Base bundle is aimed at meeting rooms, executive offices and practices that want a cable-free conference phone without relying on Wi-Fi: the W70B base plugs into the network in a technical room or a corner of the room, and the CP935W moves freely on battery. One charge covers several meetings in a day; put it back on its charging base in the evening. Pair it over Bluetooth with a laptop for video calls, and use the USB-C port to record meetings to a USB stick.
Frequently asked questions
Which PBX or provider does this phone work with?
With any SIP-compatible IP PBX or VoIP service (3CX, Asterisk, hosted Centrex). Tell us about your setup through our contact page and we confirm compatibility before you order.
What is the difference with the CP935W alone?
The phone is identical; the bundle adds the W70B DECT base. The CP935W on its own registers to the PBX over Wi-Fi; with the base, it links over DECT to the W70B, which is plugged into the network. Choose the bundle if the room has no reliable Wi-Fi or if you prefer a DECT link.
What is the warranty?
Two-year statutory conformity warranty, plus the Yealink manufacturer warranty under its own terms.
Where are the firmware, manuals and guides?
Yealink provides the firmware, user manual and administrator guide of this phone free of charge: our Yealink support page takes you straight to the documents for this model.
