The CORD-1 is the genuine cord linking the handset to the phone on the Fanvil X3S, X3SP, X4 and X4G, as well as on the X4U V2 in the catalog. It is the first part to wear out on a heavily used phone: a twisted or cut cord, or one whose plug no longer locks, causes sound dropouts, crackling and false hang-ups.
