Description
The Snom M253 is a single-cell DECT bundle that pairs the M250 base station with the M53 handset. The base is powered by PoE 802.3af class 2, offers two 10/100 Ethernet ports and supports up to 10 handsets for 8 simultaneous calls. Communications are protected by SRTP, TLS 1.2, HTTPS and IEEE 802.1X network authentication. Administration relies on the LDAP directory, CSV and XML import, SRAPS, TR-069 and TR-369 provisioning, and over-the-air handset updates (SUOTA). The M53 handset has a 2.4-inch color TFT display at 240 x 320 pixels, 24 keys, hands-free mode and an antibacterial housing; its battery reaches 12 hours of narrowband talk time.

What is the difference between the M253 and the M256?
