Description
The Snom A350D is a binaural wireless headset for unified communications. Its Bluetooth 5.2 link connects to two devices at once, for instance the computer running the softphone through the supplied dongle and the smartphone, switching from one call to the other. Range reaches 30 meters and the battery provides up to 28 hours of talk time, with USB-C charging. The speakers deliver HD wideband sound, adjustable with the equalizer in the Snom app, and the passive noise-cancelling microphone isolates the voice. A 360° busy light on the earcup turns red or green to show colleagues that a call is in progress. The leatherette ear cushions and adjustable headband are designed for daily wear.

The A350D is built for open-plan office staff who work with a softphone (Microsoft Teams, Zoom or another) on a PC and also take calls on their smartphone: sales reps, project managers, customer support. The two earcups shield you from noise and the busy light prevents interruptions during a call; the 30-meter range lets you reach a meeting room without hanging up. Recharge it over USB-C at the end of the day. If you prefer to keep one ear free, choose the monaural A350M version.
